Guests are greeted by our friendly staff and then get to walk into one of our 14 newly renovated rooms, all fitted out with the modern conveniences to make your stay that much more enjoyable. Free WIFI, free onsite parking and ultra-comfortable King Koil beds are just some of the standard features.

To take you from day to night, you’ll find great restaurants, bistros and bars. Each serving delicious meals, in a relaxed and welcoming setting. A favourite amongst the locals, you’ll be hard pressed to go past their famous Finsbury Beef Burger and other pub classics.

Looking for other activities to do during your time with us? You’ll reach Port Adelaide and Adelaide in no time at all, so here are some of the just-do attractions.

See an AFL Game

You’re in both Port Adelaide and Adelaide AFL territory when you stay at Nightcap at Finsbury Hotel. So, don a scarf and head into a game at the Adelaide Oval. In the summer, you’ll find world-class cricket, if that’s more you.

National Railway Museum

Port Adelaide is home to the National Railway Museum. An attraction for the young and old, you’ll find an impressive array of Australian railway heritage items plus you can take a ride on the miniature Semaphore Train. Port Adelaide is only a 9minute drive from the Finsbury Hotel. Get the low down on all you can expect from a visit at their website.

South Australian Maritime Museum

If the sea is more your thing, head along to the South Australian Maritime Museum. With a large range of changing exhibitions and maritime history on show, you’ll learn much about this seaside state. Visit their website for more information.

National Wine Centre

No trip to South Australia is complete without doing a wine tasting but if you’re short of time, then head into Adelaide. Buses leave every 30 minutes from Woodville North into the city, where the National Wine Centre is situated on the corner of Hackney and Botanic Roads. Here you’ll learn about the wine making process, plus be able to try a large range of famous wines from around Australia. Learn more about the centre here.
