Coronavirus Best Practices at Nightcap Hotels
Welcome to Nightcap Hotels,
Your health and safety is our #1 priority.
To make sure everyone is safe, we have put some new house rules in place and created an ALH Group Best Practice Safety Plan which follows state and government guidelines.
On arrival
Contactless check-in is available to guests and card payments are preferred at all times.
Social distancing observed with floor markers and signage to guide guests, acrylic screens installed at Reception with hand sanitiser also provided.
All guests are required to answer COVID-19 queries on arrival to ensure the hotel is aware of any guests who have symptoms, have been in contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases or are currently in self-isolation.
In-room & common area cleaning
High touch areas and items such as reception desks, pens and guest key cards are sanitised after each guest check-in. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found throughout the hotel and reception areas for guest & staff.
All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised against COVID-19 between guests.
Breakfast
All breakfast buffets remain closed, individual breakfast packs are available to guests daily as an in-room breakfast option.
