Caringbah Hotel Welcomes Graziers Grill House
One thing you will always find at any Nightcap Hotel is quality restaurants, bistros and bars. The Caringbah Hotel in Sutherland Shire has raised the bar higher with the opening of the first Graziers Grill House.
Celebrating all cultures currently influencing the Australian food scene, Graziers Grill House offers street food inspired starters, next level pub favourites, and really awesome Australian steaks all at a great price. All great food needs to be paired with great drinks, and you’ll find an impressive array of craft beers, alongside an extensive wine list.
Named after and inspired by the high quality Australian beef, Graziers, this beef is mostly grain fed to ensure its delicious quality. Aged to produce a tender, juicy and flavoursome steak, it is the star of the hero dish, the 400g Rib Eye on the Bone with confit duck fat potatoes, green beans, crispy leek, and a red wine jus. Cooked on the open grill, all steaks are seasoned with their house made signature baste to bring out the very best of flavour.
Not a big meat eater, you’re still welcome here. There is plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available on the menu. Plus, there is a list just for the littlies, with children friendly bites there to keep them happy as well.
