Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, any guests who book directly with us will receive a light breakfast pack daily (cereal, fruit pot & juice), on request from Reception.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, all guest rooms have a washing machine.

Do you have hotel rooms available on the ground floor?

While the entrance to all guest rooms is on the ground floor, please be aware all rooms are 2-story with the bedroom and bathroom being located upstairs, above the kitchen and living room area.

Is car parking available?

Yes, free public parking is available for our hotel guests.

What do I need to check-in?

All guests are required to present a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID on check in.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment on arrival via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. Payment via cheque is not accepted.

What time is check- out?

Check-out time is 10:00am, late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee, please contact our Reception team for assistance.

Do you have wi-fi for hotel guests?

Absolutely, wifi is available in all guest rooms and common areas.

Are your hotel rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all of our rooms at Nightcap hotels are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance,you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course we also love animals here at Nightcap. However, since we would like to take our allergy-suffering guests into consideration, we've decided that animals are not allowed to stay in our hotels. Thank you for understanding. Hotel pet policies do not apply to service animals.

Should you have forgotten anything during your last stay, please call our Reception team as soon as possible for assistance.
