Good: Great location for visiting the Yarra Valley.

Bad: We had a room with an adjoining door. This contributed to noise within the room and people trying to open the door. The room also had a very noisy fridge.

The hotel provides great accommodation with clean rooms comfy beds and helpful service

Good: The room was a great size with 2 double beds. Ideal for our purpose travelling for a wedding at a nearby venue.

Bad: We were happy with everything for a one night stay.

Ideal overnight stay with a lovely woodlands outlook

Good: We used the hotel for an overnighter related to a medical procedure my husband had to have done. It provided an ideal place for the night that positioned us between the hospital on the first day and the medical rooms for the checkup on the 2nd day.

Affordable comfortable room in the perfect location

Good: We love the view of the lake and the location of the hotel is perfect, right at the foot of the Dandenongs and not far from Yarra Valley.

Good: The place is clean.However it was a bit noisy as we stayed at the bottom floor and you can hear the people upstairs walking around and snoring.I did tell the reception but she seems not too concerned about it.

Good: Very nice. Tidy clean comfy with a look at the pond and lawn. Really quiet. Neighbors are nice and polite too. Like the location and stay.

Good: Location was great, staff were all lovely. View from the room was very pretty, looking onto the lake. Very handy with the bistro for the kids.

Good: The breakfast would have been nice, but it was cold. We had 8 breakfasts and they were all cold. Eggs are not very nice cold.

Good: Only disappointed about no room service nor did they give preference for guests at the bistro. Not even a message prior that a booking would be required as it books out. We rented out 5 rooms for a wedding. A mesg would have been nice atleast.

Good: We loved the area, all of the Cockatoos being around, and being in a room that backed up to the small patch of woods. I spotted a Sugar glider early one morning! The bed was super comfy, and the spa tub was amazing!
