Good: This place is terrific from the outside it looks average but all suits have recently been refurbished amazingly well, large size rooms very comfortable beds and pillows. Although near the highway no traffic noise at all.
First stressful but overall a great stay
Good: At first it was stressful as I was unaware I needed a credit card for bond hold and the First Lady didn’t help at all but the manager was brilliant helped out straight away fixed up the issue and the stay was great rooms where amazing.
Altogether it was very good
Good: The room was clean, fresh and good. We would have liked a small couch to sit on. In the shower it did not show hot or cold which was disappointing. There were no face washers.

Good: Staff took 45; minutes to service when check in $200 bond on top still at nine hours after check out bound still not returned still waiting
I was there for less than 12 hours just slept showered and left Friendly checkin staff
Good: It was surprising quiet considering the location-I am from the country.
Bad: Will the $200 bond be returned soon-I’m a pensioner whose rego is due in 2 days so I really need it ASAP please… Causing me to stress a bit..!!

Good: Location was good for me. Unfortunately I was attending a Funeral across the road. The wake was at the Hotel .
Bad: Markings on the tap handles for the shower. Nearly scolded myself because I didn't know which was hot or cold.
