Staff. amazingly friendly & go above & beyond to help. genuine people! free drinks. free cappuccinos. Excellent menu/good food for lunch & dinner. Clean comfortable rooms. Great bed & linen. Huge smart tv. Netflix,Stan,YouTube, more. Only motel out of all of them that had a decent size tv(smart!) Others claimed Foxtel but failed to have it. On 28cm TVs lol. Wasn't 2 single beds pushed together. I can not say a bad word about the Glengala. It was better than all serviced apartments we stayed at. I could overlook the toaster n microwave not being in the room we chose because everything else was above what I expected. I'll stay in touch with people I met there. Can't say enough good about it! Play area for children. 2 free alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks at arrival. No trouble finding reception, didn't need to wait for bar staff to serve or book us in. Secure rooms too. Stayed over two nights in a King Studio Room which was very spacious, modern, very clean and quiet.

Would definitely stay again, as the location was convenient for where we had to be.

Only downfall was the restaurant wasn't open on the nights we stayed.

Good: Cleanliness was very good, comfortable bed and clean sheets, bathroom was clean also. Friendly staffs at the front desk, hotel restaurant provides excellent food and outstanding service. Location was acceptable. less than 10 minutes drive to most nearby shopping districts.

Bad: I was told by hotel staff the free welcome drink indicated on booking.com is actually a bottle of water, which is quite unexpected. Furthermore, on the first night, my room card stopped working because they have entered the wrong length of nights I was staying, plus housekeeping was not done on the first night neither. There is no charging point but a single USB port near the bedside in the room that I was staying.
