Undercover BBQ Facilities are available for guest use and situated in the middle of the complex surrounded by our tranquil gardens. 

Our check out time is 10:00am. Please return your keys to Reception prior to departure or if you wish to hold onto your keys to use as a luggage tag, pop past Reception for a luggage tag loop.

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS’ PROPERTY

UNDER the Innkeepers Act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in the innkeeper’s employ.

This liability however:

(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the inn,

(b) is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody,

(c) does not cover motor-vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.

This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these premises or that liability thereunder attaches in any particular case.

Complimentary laundry facilities are available for guest use, located on the second floor (adjacent to rooms 32 & 33). Laundry powder, washer & dryer are all available.

Complimentary parking is available onsite to all guests, please utilise the yellow designated car parks marked for hotel guests, immediately to the front of Reception. 

The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to cars and their contents.

Reception is open from 7am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 8pm on weekends.

Please press the 'Reception' button on the phone in your room to speak with the hotel team for assistance outside of these hours.

We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our guest rooms, any guests who smoke in their room will be fined $500.
