Good: Great room loved the spa and that you could watch tv from it. Friendly staff, comfy bed, great room service, lovely food, would love to stay again. Also watching the boats from our room was amazing

Good: Check-in was prompt. The room was excellent and the hotel restaurant staff were just great. They were very welcoming and gave great service.

Good: Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Bad: The bathroom door. There was a gap which could be seen into, so privacy was an issue. When I booked it said I would get a free drink on arrival. This did not occur.

Good: Such a lovely surprise. This large hotel, situated close to the shops and the ferry terminus, was so quiet and clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Our room was large, with a beautiful bathroom and huge windows...and the bed....ooh the bed was the best bed I've slept in for years.
