Reception is open Monday to Saturday 7am - 8pm, Sunday 7am - 6pm, after hours assistance is available during hotel opening hours.
Shall you arrive and Reception not be openl, please use the intercom located to the left of the glass front doors to notify the Manager on Duty of your arrival. They will assist you with your check-in.
Yes, we offer room service for lunch and dinner during bistro opening hours
A continental breakfast buffet is included for all guests in our hotel bistro. selection of cereal, pastries, toast, spreads, fruit, yoghurt, juice and tea and coffee
We also have a hot a la carte menu that you can purchase from.
Breakfast is served daily in the bistro from 6:30am - 9am on weekdays, and 7am to 10am on weekends and public holidays.
Please ask out accommodation team about a breakfast box if your leaving before breakfast opens.
Yes, the gym is located on level one and is available for guest use at anytime.
Yes, we have a laundry available to all guests.
Should you wish to cancel your booking on our 'Flexible Rate', please let us know by 2pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation fee. Failure to arrive will incur a 1 night cancellation fee and the reservation will be cancelled the day after arrival. If you have booked on our 'Advanced Saver' rates, please note full payment is taken at time of booking and no cancellations or amendments are permitted.
Yes, all of our rooms including balconies, hallways and lifts at Nightcap hotels are non-smoking/vaping. In case of non-compliance you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
All guests are required to present a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID on check in.
We accept payment on arrival via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. Payment via cheque is not accepted.
Check-out time is 10:00am, late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee, please contact our Reception team for assistance.

Of course we also love animals here at Nightcap. However, since we would like to take our allergy-suffering guests into consideration, we've decided that animals are not allowed to stay in our hotels. Thank you for understanding. Hotel pet policies do not apply to service animals.
