Bistro hours are:

• Breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am Mon - Fri, 7am to 10am on weekends and public holidays
• All day dining from 11:00am - 9:00pm from Monday to Saturday
• All day dining from 11:00am - 8:30pm on Sundays

To operate the heating and cooling, the controller is located on the entry wall in your room - the square 'Daikin' panel with a black circle on the front. Please ensure your room key is inserted to the slot adjacent to ensure power to the unit.

To switch on the unit, please press the small power button located on the top right of the panel, you will then see a blue light come on around the circle.

Once on, the front panel has a 'select' button in the centre below the display, and an increase/decrease buttons on either side.

Should you need any assistance with the heating and cooling in your room, please call Reception - we can assist with adjusting the settings for your unit remotely.

A continental breakfast is included for all guests and is available in our Bistro, a hot breakfast menu is also on offer at an additional cost. Breakfast hours are: 

Mon to Fri: 6:30am - 9:30am 

Weekends and public holidays: 7am - 10am

The hot breakfast menu is also available via room service, scan the Me&U Beacon in your room to view the menu and place your order.

Our check out time is 10:00am. Please return your keys to the drop box opposite Reception prior to departure or if you wish to hold onto your keys to use as a luggage tag, pop past Reception for a luggage tag loop.

In the event of an emergency, please contact Reception via the phone in your room for assistance between 7am & 4am, outside of these hours please contact Instant Security on 07 3279 3279.

Our Guest Laundry is open to guests daily from 5am - 10pm, washing powder is provided. 

The laundry is cashless and payment can be made via card payment only. 

Our state of the art gym is located on the ground floor and accessible to guests 24/7, please tap your room key for entry.

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS’ PROPERTY

UNDER the Innkeepers Act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in the innkeeper’s employ.

This liability however:

(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the inn,

(b) is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody,

(c) does not cover motor-vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.

This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these premises or that liability thereunder attaches in any particular case.

Complimentary parking is available onsite to all guests, please access the car park for accommodation guests by tapping your room key prior to approaching the boom gate for entry. 

The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to cars and their contents.

Reception is open Monday to Saturday 7am - 8pm, Sunday 7am - 6pm.

We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy in all of our guest rooms, any guests who smoke in their room will be fined a minimum of $500 plus additional cleaning charges.
