How far are you from the Cairns city centre?

We are located a 5 minute drive from the Cairns city centre

Do you have ground floor rooms available?

Yes, all rooms are located on the ground floor. please be aware the bathrooms have a small rise to access them.

Is car parking available?

Yes, free public parking is available for our hotel guests immediately adjacent to hotel rooms

What time is check in?

Check in is from 2pm until 4 am in the morning. If you require check-in outside of these times, please contact the hotel in advance of your arrival

What do I need to check-in?

All guests are required to present a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID on check in.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment on arrival via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. Payment via cheque is not accepted.

What time is check- out?

Check-out time is 10:00am, late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee, please contact our Reception team for assistance.

Do you have wi-fi for hotel guests?

Absolutely, wifi is available in all guest rooms and common areas.

Are your hotel rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all of our rooms at Nightcap hotels are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance,you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course we also love animals here at Nightcap. However, since we would like to take our allergy-suffering guests into consideration, we've decided that animals are not allowed to stay in our hotels. Thank you for understanding. Hotel pet policies do not apply to service animals.
