Good: We love staying at the Balaclava . It is close to shops, Dan Murphy and you can get a meal, have a few drinks and head to your room. Rooms are always clean and comfortable . its our pick when staying in cairns.

Good: Awesome sized 3 bedroom apartment. Rooms were lovely and dark which helped us get some decent sleep after our long flight back to Australia. Beds were super comfortable too. Great lounge room and aircons throughout. Added bonus was the bistro/bar next door. Great atmosphere and yummy meals.

Good: Loved the privacy and quiet especially for sleeping in. Walking distance to Stockland shopping centre, bar next door and Dan Murphy bottle shop very close. Also loved the deals on meals and drinks. Excellent place to stay.

Good: Customer service was excellent, inside the motel section as well as staff members in the hotel. Didn't expect to receive extra bonus offers (for the hotel) on arrival . . . a lovely gesture, and encouraged us to stay there to eat.
