Good: Wonderful staff and terrific value for money with a terrific restaurant attached and awesome buffet breakfast included (Yummo and one of the best) Wonderful location very close to everything including great shopping centres, all theme parks and the gorgeous broader Gold Coast and Surface Paradise .
Bad: Breakfast was the same everyday, not much to choose from No water was put in fridge during our stay Elevator was out of order
Bad: Bar closing at 10 am and only alternative was a gaming roiom
Good: Having stayed in a few different hotels recently I appreciated that you could reach the light switches from the bed, there was milk in the fridge, more than one pillow and the beds were comfortable.
Good: Hotel is connected to a restaurant and bar. Easy to pop down a drink and a feed. Reception and restaurant renovations were modern, fresh and tasteful. Kids loved the pool

Fantastic Family Stay!
Room size was excellent. Bathroom clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. Delicious breakfast and great ambience in the restaurant.

Good: No problems everytime I stay. Clean, staff are helpful, food is good and central to everything on the GC.
Bad: Probably an outdoor enclosed area for smokers would be appreciated.
