Check-in is available for guests any time from 2pm to midnight.
Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We simply require a guest's credit card on arrival. Alternatively, a $200 cash bond will be required.
All guests are required to present a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID on check in.
We accept payment on arrival via cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. Payment via cheque is not accepted.
Check-out time is 10:00am, late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee, please contact our Reception team for assistance.
Absolutely, wifi is available in all guest rooms and common areas.
Yes, all of our rooms at Nightcap hotels are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance,you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
Of course we also love animals here at Nightcap. However, since we would like to take our allergy-suffering guests into consideration, we've decided that animals are not allowed to stay in our hotels. Thank you for understanding. Hotel pet policies do not apply to service animals.
