Good: We had breakfast at the local shopping centre which was just a short walk from our accommodation :)

Bad: There was nothing to be improved. There is breakfast available through the reception but we slept in a bit longer and got food elsewhere :)

Good: The room was clean and comfortable. The drink tickets and discount at the bistro was a nice surprise. Great atmosphere to watch some footy. Very easy to walk or drive to restaurants and shopping.

Very happy with the accommodation and all facilities and will stay there again

Good: the location, the view, the pub meals, the staff were brilliant

Bad: the noisy smokers area in the pub is way too close to the motel rooms and is extremely noisy

Disappointed at slack attitude to check in after 5 pm

Good: We arrived after 5 pm and the reception desk was closed. We rang the after hours number and there was no reply. It was 5:20 pm. I went into a bar completely on the other side of the building complex.

Good: The Kawana Waters Hotel is a good pub to dine with which is just best beside the accommodation. The accomodation is just stone throw away to the shopping centre and also near the point cartwright lighthouse lookout and beach.
