Limited toiletries are available at Queens Beach Service Station located across the road.
Please vacate your room by 10am, leave your key in your room and close the door behind you or drop it in the key drop box at reception at hotel entry.
General trading hours are Sunday- Thursday 10 am - 12:30 am, Friday - Saturday 10 am - 2:30 am
We also have a BWS Bottle Shop onsite, open from:
Mon - Sun : 10 am - 8pm
Your room will be serviced during your stay. If you do not want your room serviced, please display the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign and our team will respect your privacy.

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS’ PROPERTY
UNDER the Innkeepers Act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in the innkeeper’s employ.
This liability, however:
(a) extends only to the property of guests who have engaged in sleeping accommodation at the inn,
(b) is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody,
(c) does not cover motor vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.
This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to these premises or that liability thereunder attaches in any particular case.
Complimentary car parking is available to all guests. The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to cars and their contents.
Reception is open 10 am – 5 pm daily.
We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy in all of our guest rooms, any guests who smoke or vape in their room will be fined $500
Our swimming pools are open daily from 6 am – 9 pm. All children must be monitored whilst in the pool area by an accompanying adult.
