Bad: Room was left with a dirty towel, bins not empty, and open milk in the minibar. So I do question how clean was the actual room. No lifts available made it quite inconveniente when having a pram

Bad: The beds being on wheels , not bad just need to be careful sitting on the beds so they don't move around the room

Overall nice location to stay for convienence to shops and resturants
Good: Because of the nature of the Hotel, it becomes noisy at night, sleeping in Room 16. Iron was missing which was quickly fixed. There was no Telephone in the room. Had complimentary Breakfast Box for 2 nights. Overall, good experience.
