Bottleshop purchases can be consumed in your room, but not within any public areas of the hotel.
Our check out time is prior to 10:00am. Please leave your key in your room when vacating and close the door behind you. We request that you settle your account the evening prior to departure.
In the event of an emergency, please call our security provider on 1300 133 899 for assistance. In case of fire or other major emergencies, please call 000. Evacuation information can be found on the back of your room door.
Your room will be serviced daily, with a full linen change if you are staying 3 nights or more. If you do not want your room serviced, please display the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign and our team will respect your privacy.
Complimentary car parking is available to the guests staying at the hotel. Nightcap at Ocean Beach Hotel does not accept liability for loss or damage to cars and their contents.
Reception is open 10am until hotel close daily. We are happy to provide information on tour bookings, transportation, medical providers, and assist with any other queries you may have during your stay.
We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our guest rooms. Any guests who smoke in their room or falsely activate the fire alarm will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and a $1900 Fire Brigade call-out fee.
