Good: Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Good linen.

Bad: Carpet in hallway isn’t the best. Our room smelt like cigarette even though it was a no-smoking room.

Comfortable helpful staff

Good: Service from staff excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink, bottled spring water and fortune cookies. Free use of laundry with washing machine and dryer is helpful. Not much steps to climb, especially if you enter on the accommodation side. Pub and restaurant on site.

Good: Despite being next to Bankstown airport, there was minimal noise. Parking was easy

Bad: Someone was given the same access code and room on my first night and wasn't really comfortable for the other 2 nights . It was, however, fixed quickly.

Great value for money, good communication. Simple room - some small touches like better/bigger pillows and improvements to shower/basin drain would be great but overall very happy for 1 night cheap stay.

Hidden away in the industrial areas it's beautiful the rooms spacious and accommodating. Staff were super kind getting back to me fast
