Start your day at Adelaide Central Market. Come with an appetite and enjoy the delicacies on offer. Hop from one stall to the next and indulge in great conversations with the merchants. They’re passionate about what they produce and sell, and eager to answer any questions you may have.
City Sights
Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide SA
From the market, head north and walk through Rundle Mall en route to the Art Gallery of South Australia. After wandering around the gallery, go for a stroll through Adelaide Botanic Garden for a dose of nature. If you stumble in the right direction, you may find yourself faced with hundreds of wines to taste at the National Wine Centre (wink, wink). If wine isn’t your thing today, Adelaide Zoo is not far from the Botanic Garden and has a great variety of animals ready to say g’day.

Circle back around to the CBD to check out museums and art galleries scattered around town, or wander through the streets discovering cute bars and cafes tucked away in laneways.
