Cooly Rocks On - Gold Coast

Ready to go back to yesteryear? This nostalgic festival celebrates the outfits, music, cars and lifestyle of the good old days. Beachside destination Coolangatta will play host in this all round festival of fun. Expect rock ‘n’ roll tunes, live performances, dancing, swing and the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. For the motor enthusiasts, there will be over 1,000 classic vehicles on display from collectors. There will also be markets, a Pin-Up Pageant and more.

The iconic annual festival is Queensland’s largest, bringing the country and city together for a celebration of agriculture and community. It’s been running for 146 years and continues to attract crowds of people. Horizon Festival - Sunshine Coast

The festival celebrates the Sunshine Coast’s cultural arts scene, including visual art, dance, music, film and other creative avenues in the Caloundra region. Home-grown and international artists will showcase their talents. While honouring art, the festival will pay respects to the traditional custodians of the region, the Kabi Kabi and Jinibara Peoples. There will be something to suit everyone’s art taste.
